Integration between two Jira services

Good morning!

I would like to know if it is possible to perform an integration between my jira and the client.

So that when a call is opened on his platform, I will also receive all the updates and comments that are being made here too.

Yours sincerely.

Hi @Suporte Vitara

This is Majid @ Exalate.

Yes, this is very possible by using an integration solution such as Exalate. You can customise the integration to control what fields are synced. You can even transform data in transit to suit the target instance better.

Please give us a shout out if you would like to learn more or just have a chat about your requirements.

Thanks

Majid

Hi @Suporte Vitara

You could do much more than connecting these two Jira instances together. If you have a communication system that you share with other team members outside of Jira, you could connect those two Jira instances plus a third Slack instance, for example, to notify you  when updates are being made.

Stitch It is a fully-managed and consolidated integration solution that could easily help you achieve this and more. As it is code-based, it could help you approach even the most complex integrations.

You can create an account and connect your Jira instances for free using this link.

I hope this helps if you're still trying to find a solution for this.

Best,

Maria

Hi @Suporte Vitara

Yes, it's possible!
As other comments already mentioned there are 3rd party apps that help you achieve that. One of the synchronization solutions is the plugin developed by the team I'm working for - Issue Sync Lite.
It's free, fast to set up, and easy to maintain. It allows you to create tickets in one instance automatically and copy over field values, attachments, comments, and in a few days - statuses.

If that sounds interesting, feel free to test the app or book a free demo session.
Best regards,
Kasia from Deviniti

@Suporte Vitara hi. Just to add another possible solution to the list - ZigiOps. It's fully no-code. It can connect your Jira instances in less than 15 min bi-directionally, transfer various data and sync them. It allows full control over the data fields and mappings. None of your data is stored. You can try it via the connector's trial version.

Regards, Diana (ZigiOps team)

Hi @Suporte Vitara

OpsHub, an Atlassian partner, provides a free Community Edition that will meet your requirement of integrating two Jira services instances. It’s standalone software and requires minimal configurations to be done in Jira services instances, unlike plug-in based sync tools. It can integrate comments, attachments, links, inline images, mentions and much more.

Also, please feel free to reach out to OpsHub’s  integration experts for an initial consultation on integration planning.

Thanks,

Brad

Hi @Suporte Vitara,

if you want to get an overview of the various possible solutions for this use case, go check out Atlassian's marketplace and search for issue sync apps.

I'm part of the team behind Backbone Issue Sync. We concentrate on making synchronizations as simple as possible. Let us know if you want more information.

Cheers,
Matthias.
