Thanks @Dirk Ronsmans . Could you please confirm whether tickets can be created using opsgenie since I could see only email notifications can be triggered. Could you please guide me for my task
That should be possible. If you look at the graph in the link I posted
Zabbix will push an alert to OpsGenie and Opsgenie will trigger both the oncall schedules but is also able to create JSM tickets

Thanks Dirk. I have tried to configure zabbix and Jira integration using this https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/jira#tab:official2,but while configuring webhook media type in Zabbix getting class not found error.Could you please help me to resolve this @Dirk Ronsmans
