In Jira Service Management I would like to use one of the additional fields in a ticket to add in the requesters asset. This needs to be extracted from an integration (possibly REST API) from Manage Engine's Service Desk Plus (The module in specific is the Asset Management Module) so that it can appear on the ticket
Any assistance would be appreciated
If the Asset Management is External to Jira, You can probably use Power Scripts for Jira OR Script Runner to some extent, not sure if they can solve the complete use case.
