Insight Automation not triggering

Edited

Hello everyone,

while working I realized that the triggers for already configured Insight automations do not work any longer. I experienced this issue in cases, where the trigger (WHEN) was

  • object updated
  • object created
  • scheduled event

I am confused as to why this is not working any logger. The user who runs the automation has the object schema manager role for the underlying schema. The system, is the following (data center):

  • Jira Service Management 4.22.6
  • Jira Software 8.22.6
  • Jira Core 8.22.6
  • Insight 9.1.11

Do you have any explanations as to why this is case?

Kind regards,

JK

Hi all,

for those interested, we solved this issue by following the solution approach suggested in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/insight-scheduled-tasks-eg-imports-not-processing-1155475534.html

Just wanted to let you know, if you experience similar issues.

Kind regards,

JK
