Insight - Automation do not run

Hi everyone,

I have a problem when setting up the automation rule in Insight to checking the expiry date of the object. I've tried to set up like in the bellowed picture using the schedule even but it not run (follow this demo:Automaiton rule demo from Mindville):

Even try a simple rule like this one (nothing happens after I add a comment):

All IQL queries are correct but both automation rules do not work.

Did I miss something in my configuration or do I need to enable anything else when integrating Insight app into Jira to let automation can run?

Can you solve this problem? 

If you can solved a problem can you write some information what is the cause of problem?
