I have 7 active premium licenses but I am unable to add more. I am a billing admin. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
We are Premium also, I do not have to manually increase our count. When we add a team member, they get an Agent group (I forget what it's called at the moment). That group privates "product access" effectively making them an "agent". When your agent count changes, your billing changes accordingly.
AH found it real quick for ya. Just go into Administration, and our group is called "jira-servicemanagement-users-<yourSiteName>" it has the description as "Grants access to Jira Service Management on <yourSiteName>"
