Has anyone successfully added incoming call routing with Jira Service Management?
I have been following the steps in this article https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-incoming-call-routing/
The steps under "Use a custom phone number from Twilio" do not work in Jira Service Management. There are no integrations under settings that allow me to add Incoming Calls.
I am however able to find the Incoming Calls integrations under Teams -> Select the desired team -> Integrations -> Add Integration -> Incoming Call. When I try to save the integration I get an error stating incoming call Integrations cannot be assigned to a team.
