Hi,
In my JSM Instance I have removed a user from all the project but still the user is able to access the Service Desk project.
Please find the below screenshot.
Even though user is not part of any group still the user can able to see the project.
Can some one will help m out how is it possible.

Can you capture your project permission especially Browse project permission?

Which menu did you use to remove your user ? with customer menu or with users and role ?
