In form designer (JSM) where did the other column layout options go?

I used to be able to have options like small-large-large and I think the opposite too, but now I only see two options available? Are they gone?
Today I've worked around this by just copying it from another form into my new one. But I'm not sure if functionality removed is part of a release notes somewhere?
