In JSM, what is the relationship between projects and services?

Are all services related to a project?  Is there a choice to create many projects, or one project and many services?

No, services are not tied to a specific project, all services that you create will be visible in all of your ITSM projects.

HI Michael 

Coming in late on this one, what do you do if you have different departments with their own projects for incidents and requests e.g. HR and IT.. they have very different services.
