C est OK, ( il fallait un peu plus de patience que prévu) mais depuis les utilisateurs ne reçoivent plus les notifications. Quand je test les notifications le message d erreur est qu ils n ont pas le droit de voir le ticket, je ne comprend pas d ou vient le problème
