I have about 900 clients that we service on the daily, I've recently run into an issue where the "Store_Code" field is filled incorrectly thus messing up the billing.
I have 2 custom fields that need to be filled in correctly:
Store_Name: Filled in manually
Store_Code: I would like this to be automatically filled in to avoid mistakes.
I have an Excel Spreadsheet with all the Store_Codes Matching the Store_Names.
How would I go about with the above using JIRA Automation?
Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
