I need to remove Confluence from my account completely. If I delete Confluence from my account will it also delete the JSM Knowledge base that was created from JSM but now it part of Confluence?
Just so its documented here it does delete your knowledge base articles. ☹️
Based on my knowledge in regards to Confluence, if the content is already created in Confluence, the content will still be there. So if you removed just your account license as a user from your Confluence subscription, you may have issues with accessing the KB content from JSM.
I would recommend you to follow-up with Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further clarification as needed.
