Your screenshot doesn't show any relevant information.
In the Requests overview on the customer portal, you cannot sort requests by date, only by Reference (issue key) or Requester. The reference (issue key) is sorted on creation date.
You can filter by Request type.
You say about sort tickets. But I need to choose tickets by some parametrs if I have access only to customer portal. How I can do that?
