Hello,
Am a Beginner to JSM and Looking for help to create or modify the existing IT category list in my ITSM Board.
We are using it for the IT Help desk
I need to add a Main category like Microsoft and under that list of issues.
Microsoft:
- Windows 10 reinstalled
- Office package installed
- Provided Bitlocker key
Mac:
-Booting issue
-Recovery Key
-OS reset
like this, we need to select the IT Categories when closing the ticket/issue.

We do something similar
1: Build out your Assets
2: Create an Assets Object Custom field - would look similar to this...
3: Add the field to you issue Screen
