I would like to display all Tickets related to a customer in the Assets-Field "Customer information" that is displayed in individual Tickets.
Hi @Leon Krieg
do I understand correctly that the "Customer information" shows "customer assets"? If that's the case, you should be able to list your issues in Jira's Advanced Issue Search, with a JQL statement like
"Customer information" in ("<some asset ID>")
... where the asset ID is unfortunately some very technical identifier string; you'll have to use Jira's JQL autocompletion for this.
Does that sound about right?
Best,
Hannes
