I want to link the Box Jira plug-in to the Customer Portal

I want to be able to allow external customers submitting requests through the Service Management Customer Portal to attach a Box link rather than directly uploading an attachment to allow for collaboration with internal users on documents. We have the Box plug-in installed but I can't find a way to make that available in the portal.

@kristie_azarela Looking at their documentation it does not look like it is available for the Portal.  I would suggest that you contact their support to confirm https://bilith.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/21
