I want to export the customer emails and create customers and assign reporter

 I have added 10 customers for a jira service management project.
Whenever  one of those 10 customers create issues ,I want the jira ticket to be opened by assigning tat customer as "reporter". I do not want to force customers to create a jira account to report the issue.

Can this be done in free account ?
