Hi @Shubham Gogawale ,
You can try out the app my team has created: Advanced Portal Reports.
It will allow you to show Linked issues (or any other standard or custom field) on the Customer view in the portal.
Additionally, it also provides your customers (portal users) with a table report where they can see, search, filter and export all their Jira Service Management tickets, including many additional details (incl. Linked issues, SLAs, custom fields, etc.), with a very simple UI. If it sounds helpful you can try it free for 30 days.
Greetings,
Elitsa
Hi just testing Advanced Portal Reports; first thing I do notice is that the Advanced report not having its own URL, so a page reload send You back... really anoying.

Third thing - not refined (app) compliant.
When I enabled refined, the menu point under "All request" was gone.

Hi,
Indeed, due to the app structure, Advanced Portal Reports does not have its own URL. However, it has its own refresh button that you can use to reload the results without going back.
Elements connect fields are currently not supported since it is a third party addon and there are some limitations of the Atlassian API.
Advanced Portal Reports is compliant with Refined onsite. You can read more here: https://tools4teams.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/APRFJSM/pages/1558872065/Advanced+Portal+Reports+with+Refined+onsite

Hi @Shubham Gogawale and welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, this is not possible natively, mainly because most times JSM will link to issues that are not in the same JSM project. Your best option is to look into the marketplace. There are a couple apps that can help extend the portal.

Hi @Shubham Gogawale !
Check out Extension for JSM and Request Detail View feature! You can display easily issue links on the portal and many more, e.g. SLA, date of ticket creation or Assignee. Extension has also other useful features for JSM, like enabling creation of dynamic forms on Customer Portal.
If you need any additional details or demo feel free to contact me!
