I want to change the login screen of Jira Service management.

I want to change the JSM login screen.

JSM version is 4.4.1 .

I proceeded with reference, but nothing changed.

Any help in making this change would be appreciated.

At the bottom you'll find a section "How to get the new portal", did you follow these steps to enable the new experience?

Glad you were able to configure it already.

As for the marked part, I'm afraid that it is still a limitation. Hopefully Atlassian expands on this functionality, but as for now I think the only way to achieve it, is to change the velocity templates.

I'm not really familiar with changing those, but I believe they are stored in <jira-install>/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/templates (however, not sure)

Please note that changing velocity templates is not persisting across upgrades. So when you upgrade Jira, you'll need to re-apply the changes.
