Hello ,
my customer want alert for high priority tickets only.
Frequency daily, weekend or holiday.
scanario: customer users are creating tickets on high priority but management people need to know which are high priorty tikets via alert.
Please suggest
I would leverage Automation for this. The approach would be to configure the notifications to be minimal and the augment with email actions in Automation. The built in email handler does not provide the granular configuration you need. The other option is an addon email handler, e.g. JETI or JEMH to replace the native solution.
Depending on what kind of recipient and email template you want to use you can use a JQL subscription, or Automation as mentioned by Mohamed and Jack. If you need more control than those offer, check out our app, Notification Assistant for Jira.

You could create an automation rule, everytime an issue is created with the high priority then send email. You can also create a JQL and make a subscription
