I seem to be limited to 3 users in my Jira cloud Free version. The website says limit is 10.

Hi everyone

Im a newcomer here and still learning Jira so I started with a free plan. It's stated that its limit is 10 users. However, I can't even add the 4th user because Jira says I've got the limit. What should I do in this case?photo_2023-04-06_10-10-15.jpg

Hi @Mira ,

there are 10 licenses For Sira Software and 3 For Jira Service Management.

Be sure that you don´t select Jira service Management in the Screen to add users.

If it still doesn't let you add someone, then make one of the 3 JSM users inactive, add the other JSW user and then reactivate the JSM user.

Ya it hepled. Ty so much!
