I need help with the second question:
I have a ticket opening automation via automation that is executed when the ticket “Admission Equipment Combo” is created.
Then the automation creates the ticket “Creation of new user” ticket.
I need to create other tasks only when the “New User Creation” ticket is closed.
I can't fix it, can someone help me?

This can be set up using Automation.
The trigger would be when the issue type 'New User Creation' is 'Resolved', then one or many (as required) tasks are created. For each task, the summary and description can be defined as per the requirement.
