We are planning to use JSM in a production environment to serve a enterprise customer and it's required  build custom report in Jira Service management to list down below details.

Please advise ..

No. of Tickets Resolved
No. of Tickets Resolved with in SLA
No. of Tickets Resolved breaching SLA
No. of Open Tickets as on to date
No. of Open Tickets as of now
Avg no. of Tickets resolved per day
