I have added 2 users in service desk, both have similar permissions, but one can't see project.

I have added 2 users in service desk, both have similar set of permissions,

1 user can see & work on project as well as issues, but the other user cannot see the project and issues. 

Please guide

Hi @Jannat ,

please check the permission scheme associated to that project and verify what rule has been set on Browse Issue permission.

Based on that, you can figure out reason of that different behaviour.
