I cannot create custom queue the filter and columns is grayed out ?

The edit Queues is grayed out so i cannot do any custom Queues.

My Firewall was incorrectly configured.

Hi @Hendricko Maree 

I suspect you don't have the right permissions. In Jira Service Desk, under Project Settings, People, what roles do you have? (if you can't see Project Settings, then you need to speak to your administrator.
