I can't create a Widget on Jira Service Desk

When I tried to create the Service Desk Widget, the following error message appeared:

Hello Yahgo,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

This issue happens when the widget add-on was not correctly installed, so we need to uninstall and install it again.

I did the above and now I need you to go to the widget page again and test if it will load correctly.

If you face any issue, please let us know.
