I am not able to receive any issue via email after configuring Email as a channel

Hi, Team,

I am using JSM for logging the support ticket and I have configured the the email box.

I am not able receive any ticket from this email box and not able to diagnose the problem.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Can you show your configuration, are you also given yourself the Service Management Customer role
