How to use personal mail domain for sending email from service mgmt

I have configured service Mgmt to use my microsoft account as receiving mail but when I answer a customers request the mail is sent from my atlassian account.

 

This is very confusing for customers as they axpect to receive an email from the original support mail.

Hi @Joakim Adolfson welcome to the Jira Service Management community. May I know if you are using the Classic Service Desk or the Next-Gen?

As per JSDCLOUD-8346 Jira Service Desk next gen does not allow you to set an outbound email like the Classic JSD. However, I would request you to have a look at this article for your query https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Outgoing-mail-from-own-domain/qaq-p/1191641
