At my company the prerformance review process is a manager and employee lead process and then HR just needs to have copies of the forms and dates of meetings to log in HR system.
If we use the performance review template if this type of process possible?
Ideals
- managers only see tickets for their direct reports
- HR can see all coming in and their stages
- Step one - employee fills in the form, step two - manager has conversations and updates form to confirm them, step three - both parties can update the form as they go through the year. then at end of year parties complete the form and get copies. The ticket then comes to HR to process.
- ideally the manager/employee able to access the ticket whenever they need to even after process completed
