Hi, this is what I would like to start within my company:
a user requests access to a tool that is used within the company (drop down list provided - drop down list is managed by management); preferably via Slack -> depending on the tool, an approval request is sent to the assigned manager -> manager approves access right (view-user-admin) and assigns a task to the team lead to manage the approved acces.
How do I set this up in jira? Is this feasible?
Welcome to the community. In JSM project, you can utilize the out of the box issue type "Service request with approvals"
After you included this issue type to your JSM project, then you can create the appropriate request type to use the request type as an intake of the request. When approver approves the request, the issue will move into the next status for your JSM agent to fulfill the request.
