How to use JSM for incident management

We have never used Opsgenie but wanted to explore it for Incident Management. However we discovered it is being end of lifed in Spring 2025. There are plenty of docs for customers that want to migrate their data from Opsgenie to JSM can you direct me to instructions on how to access the incident management UI show in this video? Do I have to switch it on somewhere in the settings?

Hi @Nathan thanks for your question and your interest in our new Streamlined operations experience! The incident management UI shown in that link is available to all Jira Service Management customers.

There is no EOL planned for Spring 2025, the date you're referring to is probably the date that we gave bundled customers, these are customers who are using Opsgenie and Jira Service Management under the same site to move to the new, streamlined experience in the video link you shared.

Customers who are on the bundled experience can request more time if they need to on a case by case basis. Each customer has a different timeline depending on when they were eligible to move.

Hi Kate, thanks for your reply. Can you walk me through exactly how I can access the incident management UI if it is already available?
