Hi guys,
I wonder how I can edit the actual content of a notification email?
e.g. When a request has been resolved the reported receives a notification email to say that the request has been resolved. I want to add an extra line in this email to say e.g. if the issue hasn't been resolved please reply to this email to reopen the issue. (I know!!! This is a Salesforce thing, but I wonder whether it's possible to have this in JIRA Service Desk. I think it's the best support practice)
Cheers,
Siva
Hi Siva,
As it requires some manipulation of the installation files, it becomes a Restricted Function

Thanks, Daniel. I'm using the cloud version so not sure how I'd get access to the below The WEB-INF/classes/templates/email/ of the <jira-application-dir> in your JIRA Installation Directory. The jira/src/etc/java/templates/email/ in your extracted JIRA source directory. Best,
