How to update status in Portal screen?

I want to be able to change the status of the incidents from the following screens and I don't know how to do it or if this is possible:

The aim is to make this possible or not depending on the type of profile of the accessing user, but I don't know if this is possible.

You can configure transitions in the workflow to be shown on the customer portal, Show a workflow transition in the portal:
