How to turn off the notification of ticket creation

Hi All, 

I need to turn off the notification for creation of new issue.

I know there is an option to configure notification via personal settings but non of them allow to block info about new ticket. 

Could you kindly help?

To turn off the customer notification when the request is created, go to Project settings > Customer notifications and disable the Request created like this:

The solution @JM Perrot suggested will only turn off the internal notification, the notification scheme does not affect customer notifications in JSM.

Hello @Kinga Kubijk 

If you need to turn off the creation notifications, you need to be Jira admin.

If it's the case, go to global settings -> Issues -> Notification scheme.

Here you will be able to turn off this notification.
