We have recently transferred our Halp ticketing to Jira Service Management and the Assist app. Currently employees are getting the Assist thumbs up/down CSAT response after a ticket is closed, but also are receiving the 5-star email request afterwards. Currently an Assist Thumbs up response is showing as 5-stars in the Jira reports, which is a slightly skewed response.
We prefer to keep the 5-star CSAT as it has greater nuance, how do we turn off the Assist CSAT option?
