Hi,
I am trying to create automation rule that will be triggered when a user share a ticket
As in the following screenshot.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Gal
Hi @Gal Fatal , I do not believe that is possible. What is the goal/use-case here?
The reason I don't think this would be possible is that the share function in no way updates the ticket so there is nothing to actually trigger upon.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
thanks @Jack Brickey that's what I also think.
What I need is once someone share his manager then add his manager as a request participant in the ticket so he will have access it
Any idea for this ?

If you think you could reliably change the sharing process to use @mentions in comments then you might be able to use the mention to add a user as a watcher in Automation. Here is a previous post that might help How-to-trigger-automation-action-if-comment-contains-user-mention
