How to solve requirement when linking Service Desk issue to Jira?

Hello,

I recently created the service desk at my company. I'm trying to link issues from Service Desk to Jira using the "Create linked issue" module.

 

When I click on it, and fill out the information, I receive the error "[FIELD] : [FIELD] is required". In our instance, it is partner id. 

 

I don't know where this is required, maybe from Jira - however currently I do not have the option to add Partner ID as a field.

 

How do I proceed?

it is because there are required fields in the JSW project where you are trying to create the linked issue in and the JSD project does not have those fields. You could add Partner ID to your JSD project. If you are not the admin have them take care of it for you.
