How to show attachment section in Jira Service Management?

Hi,

I'm wondering how to show the attachment section in Jira Service Managent's customer portal view. Sometimes there can be quite a lot of comments and it's hard to search for certain attachment.

If a customer adds attachments, the attachments are shown as comments.jira_customer_view_no_attachment_section_2.png

In Service Agent view there's an attachment section.

How can the attachment section be configured to be shown in customer view also?

Unfortunately, it is not possible at this time out of the box.  Here is an enhancement request in Atlassian's queue - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4646.

You may want to take a look at this add-on - https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/extension/latest/show-attachments/ functionality.  I don't know if it is offered in the CLOUD env yet.
