How to share request details between requesters at the service center

 

I know that the service center basically shows only the details requested by you. Can this be done so that specific customers can see and inquire together?

Hi @ks_hyeon , you need to share the issue with those specific customers for them to see the issue in their portal. Working with an Organization/Customers will share all issues (and notifications) with all customers from that Organization.
