For Jira OnPremise Service Desk we created a dashboard.
I added the user to an AD group recognized by Jira as we use it for sending reports out as well. We want the same business owners to have access to view the dashboard.
However when providing a link to the shared dashboard they get bounced to the main issue tracker screen.
How do we actually share the dashboard with the business user (has Jira login) no dashboards interface shows up to non-Service Desk Team users.
you should place the JSW users into a group or role and allow them Browse permissions for the project(s) referenced in the filters that are associated w/ the dashboard gadgets. In otherwords, they need browse permissions for the project in order to see the dashboard.
