So, after browsing for a while I haven't found a solution to setting up Jira like Atlassian or Mojang has, having it open for people to post new suggestions, bugs or ideas and have people be able to watch that ticket and/or vote for it to be implemented.

This funcionality is neat, but I haven't found out how to setup the client account to see these tickets like the ones opened in either Atlassina or Mojang.

Hi @alex_borges and welcome to the Community!

You can see issues like that because this is Jira Software, not Jira Service Management.

If you want to expose issues to the outside world like this, you would need to enable anonymous access to do this without having to pay a fortune on licenses. No need telling you that it is important to do this with care, if you were to consider it.

An additional thing is - obviously - if you let people access your site anonymously and allow them to vote on issues, you won't know who they are unless you allow them to sign up to your site - ending up in the scenario where they will be consuming a license and costing you money.

Hope this helps!
