I have a problem configurating 1 project with 1 email associated of my support team
Ex: I want to recive a mail from jira when a ticket its created on my support project, where is the option?
Because its new this for me and i search a lot of options and no one its working fine,
Can someone assist me on that?

Besides what @Mayur Jadhav which is correct, keep in mind that if it is a JSM project and you want to edit what the customer receives upon ticket creation, commented, resolved etc, then you have to configure customers' notifications which can be found on project settings > customers notification.

@Daniel Rytt kindly provide a full screenshot. I have no idea where this popup window appear. And provide the step so as to reproduce that. Finally please respond to a post and don't start new one to keep the conversation consistent.

Im already created the new notification scheme and add it to the proyect but i cant change the mail associated to the proyect , and the mail of the support team soporte@decostar.com.uy that i need where the mails arrive when a tickets is created, dont recive any...
Suggestions?
