We are having issue with duplicate tickets in your Jira Service Desk queues and we would like to know is it a way to identify the duplicate issue tickets in our Jira service desk. Please do let me know.
@Tee Khema create the JQL filter for the project, in which duplicates were created. Then sort by 'Summary' and look at the matching summaries.
