I can't find where to rename them. As a result, I need to translate statuses into another language.
where i was looking:
Project settings/Language support
Issues/Statuses
Project settings/Request types/Workflow statuses
If you are trying to rename a Status you do this within the workflow editor. Project settings > workflows - find the workflow and click edit icon select the status and edit the name. Be aware if this is a shared workflow it will change the status for all projects that share the workflow.
There changes only in English, but where you can set the output in another language

I am not sure if I got you. Renaming is possible by the steps Jack mentioned, translating (which I understood was just a workaround for your case) is also possible.
