Is there a way to remove these Zoom and Teams fields in the details pane ? We are not using Zoom nor Teams. Thanks for your input.

Also, you can remove Zoom or Slack (or event Teams link from issue view different way - open requst type, Issue view, and them remove them from the issue view. They will no longer appear on the ticket for agents.

you have to remove it per project, per each request type. Which is a lot of manual configuration once you have a lof of request types.

Hi, we faced a simiral problem, although out instance is is not connected to Zoom the Zoom fiedl has appeared on the issue screen yes it can be removed but why did it appear?

You can remove the fields by selecting the cog icon at the bottom right inside an incident or service request. This also allows you to change the order of some fields.

Can you check if you have 'Zoom' enabled in your project settings ?
You need to be the project admin to enable or disable Zoom for a project.
If disabled, can you check if you can remove the fields from your issue view.
1. Go to your project settings
2. Navigate to request Types
3. Select the request type for which these fields are displayed
4. Check if the views are included in the 'issue view' tab, and remove them if so.

There is no disable option for me.
The fields zoom, microsoft teams, ... are just not there in the available nor visible fields...
