I connect our JSM project to Slack to rise requests from specific Slack channels.
I want to update DisplayNames configured in the JSM on Slack form so I updated the setting of the request type on JSM. It was updated on the JSM Portal, but it's not reflected on Slack.
Should I have any more action to reflect the update?

I believe it has to index first and then it will be displayed correctly in Slack. This can take several hours depending on your instance size.
