I found the how to on modifying the main landing page - Customize your help center. On the main landing page there are several sub pages - I cannot find where to modify those pages - for example from the main link
https://[mydomainhere].atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
there are 8 tiles that take a user to the individual request page - such as IT Support, Change Requests etc. - clicking on any of those tiles goes to a similar link
https://[mydomainhere].atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/8
that has Welcome text and links to article sand finally a button to actually enter a "ticket"
How do you modify these inner pages or sub pages of the main service project?
@sgreene -
Welcome to the community. In addition to what @Jack Brickey mentioned. You can have limited customization to each of your project's portal (i.e. updating the Intro Text, adding a logo etc..) via Project settings >> Portal settings
Hope this helps.

From the main portal, there has to be a way to modify the sub portals (I do not know what they are called) - the main landing page is:
And clicking the one in red takes you to:
I need to change the text (This is the new IT Support ticketing system) and the Learn more about links below.
Then I need to change the text in the button link (Need to raise a request? Contact us) :
Clicking the Customize fly out takes me back to the main landing page which I can modify only parts of - there has to be a way to modify the text in the individual tiles as what is there now is not standard.

Hi @sgreene , what has been shared between Joseph and me is what you get. The ability to configure the individual portals is limited. Obviously you can change the request type names and form fields along with help text under project settings > request types.

I apologize for being so dense - I do not see anywhere to change the "This is the new IT support..." in the Welcome area of the sub portal nor how to change the text on the individual tiles on the main landing page.
clicking customize enables the flyout and clicking anything in the flyout takes me to the main landing page only. Since the text and the links below are specific to my instance these cannot be set by default - there has to be a way to change the text and update the links

You are limited to only a Portal Announcement currently.

I am certain I am not asking correctly - there are links on that page to internal documents that have tp be configured somewhere - what if our document changes or is deleted - those links will then lead to no where - these links had to have been setup by someone and not be configured by default.
There is text that says welcome to the new IT support ticketing system and it is 3 years old so it is not new - there has to be somewhere to change these links and text.

@sgreene ,
you change "welcome to the new..." here - project settings > portal settings
Regarding the links I believe you are speaking about Knowledge base articles. These links are driven by the articles in the Space(s) you setup under project settings > knowledge base. The links will be associated with the articles you have in that space.

Glad to see it. Please note that @Joseph Chung Yin provided the details on where to change the intro message in his first post where you see the red arrow.
