How to migrate ProForma forms from Jira Data Center non-production instance to a production instance

Our company wants to migrate their projects from a Jira DC non-production instance to the production JIRA DC instance.

The instance has +100 custom Proforma forms that we want to move over. How do we export and import the forms onto the production Jira DC instance without recreating each from manually?

 

We have tried the plugin Project Configurator to migrate our projects, but it does not include the Proforma Forms.

I would suggest getting in touch with Proforma Support as I could not find any references on their documentation for DC migration.
