Hello,
There is an open portal where any customer can create their account. How to remove or deactivate them?
The suggested ways like removing from People or Product access don't work as they aren't available there. The only place they are found is CHANNELS & PEOPLE > Customers.
Please advise.
BR,
Ivan
Hi @Ivan D ,
Follow this documentation to delete the customer.
To remove them permanently, you'll need to follow this doc:

Hi Ben,
Thank you.
But as I said I cannot find external persons logged in the open portal among neither the project People nor the organization's Users. Their names are only in Customers list, where no ability to manage them.

HI @Ivan D ,
You welcome. Are you a site/org admin for your site? If so, are you not seeing anything under portal customers under user management. It should be listed there to be managed if they are indeed customers to your portal. I am referring to the bottom portion of the 2nd link I provided.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Shannon,
Unfortunately I cannot share a screenshot because that project is closed. But I was guided by the links Ben provided and found external users to delete in JSM Cloud.

Hello Vikas,
My case is about managing external customers of JSM, so it has nothing to do with assigning tickets.
In Jira or JSM an assignee needs having an application license so I believe you should add your consultant to Jira identity store and to treat as another user.

Hi Vikas,
As I know, there are some add-ons to manage queues including visibility. Else using issue security to hide tickets in them.
